Managing Direct of Forward Food Law is Mathilde Do Chi. Mathilde is a food law consultant who has gained experience in 7 countries (France, Germany, the Netherlands, Vietnam, Japan, Italy, and Belgium). She brings a global outlook as she has supported companies scattered across the world which she couples with an acute knowledge of the food industry as she has worked in both the private and public sectors. She primarily advises VCs, startups, incubators, and governmental agencies working on food innovation. Mathilde sits on the Advisory Board of the Global Plant-Based Foods Alliance and the Impact Investment Committee of NewTree Impact, and is an EIT Food expert and mentor.
